Unbeatable location across from Pedrera, next to Paseig de la Concepció, Rambla de Catalunya.
the apartment while elegantly furnished and well equipped was showing some signs of wear (scuff marks on wall, scratches on parquet, etc) and would deserve a touch up to be on par with its location

Wonderful stay overall
Location is perfect, almost every single touristic attraction is easy to reach from here, by foot or by public transport. It is right next to the elevator which takes you to subway passage and just 2 to 5 minutes walk from Gaudi's 2 creations( Casa Battlo and casa Mila) or the various restaurants which the area offers as city centre. The apartment is in very good condition and has a fully equipped kitchen.
This is just about small things for people who tend to not like the noise...The wc needs some maintenance. There is a small and almost not noticeable leak from the reservoir, but that will trigger the water once in a while to fill again the reservoir. That is not very pleasant to sleep with... Same applies to the poor sound isolation of windows... the noise from outside is quite upsetting...
